Jen Stanley is a qualified PT, nutrition specialist and health & wellbeing coach and studying to become a menopause practitioner. Her background and qualifications in HR enables her to access a variety of tools from her toolkit, helping you achieve a healthier and happier workforce. Jen’s professional HR and Management experience enables her to create and design workshops that are practical and provide advice on health-related topics, helping participants make informed decisions about their lifestyle and wellbeing.
Laura Davis is an ILM qualified management coach, health & wellbeing coach and currently studying to be a nutrition coach. She is passionate about supporting businesses to create positive cultures and help you understand how small changes in your leadership and management style can ensure you achieve your employees’ full potential. Her HR experience and qualifications give her a wide range of skills to apply this knowledge in a work environment, ultimately contributing to the overall feeling of wellbeing across an organisation.
